About

Mahrez, and the team behind him. Not another agency.

Kaizen Growth started from a simple observation: on Amazon, most brands are advised by people who have never actually run an account.

2011

operating on Amazon since

5 years

spent inside Amazon

0

juniors, nothing subcontracted

Kaizen Growth is a small team led by Mahrez. Fifteen years spent running Amazon accounts, brand-side and inside Amazon. Not commenting on them: running them, answerable for the numbers.

That dual perspective is rare, and it changes how you read an account. We know what a brand can realistically get, and we know how the decisions get made on the other side of the table. Most blind spots on a Vendor account sit exactly on that line.

Kaizen, in Japanese, means continuous improvement in small steps. That's the method: no dramatic overhaul, no promises of miracle growth. We find what's leaking, fix it in the order that pays back fastest, measure, and go again.

What sets us apart

01

Senior operators only, no juniors

You talk to the people working on your account. Nothing is subcontracted, nothing handed to a team you'll never meet.

02

Both sides of the table

Brand-side and inside Amazon. We know the real levers in an annual negotiation, not just what gets written about them.

03

We show before we tell

The audit is free and it's yours to keep, whether we work together or not. A diagnosis that finds nothing goes nowhere.

04

No long lock-in

No long-term contract to sign. If we stop adding value, you should be able to walk.

The operators

Who you'll be dealing with.

Mahrez, Kaizen Growth founder

Founder — brand side

Mahrez

Twenty years in e-commerce, fifteen on Amazon — Seller and Vendor Central, FBA, Ads. An active operator since 2011, not a theorist. He's run the business for established brands from the inside, on the hook for the same numbers he now audits.

The rest of the team — Amazon side

A senior team

Alongside him, a team of senior operators with years inside Amazon, running category-leading brands. They sat on the other side of the table. They know how the trade-offs actually get decided, what an AVN can really deliver, and where an account gets stuck. No juniors, nothing subcontracted — every account stays with people who've run one before.

Common questions

About us, specifically.

Why stay a small team instead of a bigger agency?
Because the value in this work comes from the experience of whoever is looking at the account. Hiring juniors would let us take on more clients, not serve them better. We'd rather run fewer accounts, ourselves, with no subcontracting.
Why don't you detail the team's headcount?
What matters is who looks at your account, not the org chart. Mahrez leads the strategy; the rest of the team, experienced Amazon-side, operates alongside him on every file. You meet the people actually working your account on the first call.
Which brands have you worked with?
Established brands in consumer electronics, gaming, DIY and telecom, mainly across Amazon Europe — Trust, Mad Catz and TP-Link among them, with their consent (see our case studies). For the rest, we don't publish names without consent, and we never attach a public figure to an identifiable brand. We discuss it openly in conversation.
What does "kaizen" mean, and why that name?
It's a Japanese term for continuous improvement in small steps. On Amazon, durable gains rarely come from a dramatic overhaul. They come from a series of precise fixes, applied in the right order and measured.
Are you an Amazon partner or certified agency?
We claim no badge or certification. Our standing comes from operational experience: fifteen years running accounts, several of them spent inside Amazon for part of the team.
Where are you based and what languages do you work in?
We're based in Paris and work in English and French, across all European Amazon marketplaces.
