Case studies
Three accounts. Three different problems.
Published with each brand's consent. Figures belong to the brands, on their own scope and period.
How to read these
Every figure comes from the brand's own Amazon reporting, over the period stated. We name a brand only once that brand has cleared it. Everything else stays anonymous, by category.
We don't aggregate results across clients, and we don't turn a percentage into a promise. Two accounts in the same category rarely leak in the same place.
Vendor 1P · France · 3 years
A market run from head office
Expected in Europe's top 3, finishing last of the five biggest markets at €1.5M. No operator owned it day to day, so nobody read the local specifics.
Vendor + Seller · Europe
A brand with no European base
Category leader in 2016, bought out of bankruptcy, relaunched in Europe with no pricing policy, no reseller framework and no content standard.
Vendor 1P · outside Europe
A world leader with no local read
Number one worldwide in its category, entering a fragmented market where none of its usual reference points held. Advisory only, no account operation.
Other accounts aren't published here, for want of the brand's go-ahead. We can walk through them on a call, without naming them.
We can run the same read on your account.
