The situation
Mad Catz led the premium gaming mouse category in 2016. The group then went bankrupt. A new owner bought the brand and set out to relaunch it in Europe, without knowing the market.
The diagnosis
The brand wanted growth and awareness back, but had no base to build on. No web pricing policy. No reseller framework. No content standard at continental scale.
The mandate: drive growth on Amazon France, then on Amazon Europe, and set the rules that were missing.
The levers we pulled
- ContentA full content rebuild across the five biggest European markets.
- Pricing & distributionA web pricing policy and a reseller framework, set at European scale.
- AvailabilityStock run through a hybrid Seller and Vendor setup, to secure availability without depending on a single channel.
- AdvertisingCampaigns launched from scratch, once the foundations were in place.
The results
- +57%Revenue year over year.
- +78%Product page views over the same period.
What we can show
Screenshots and reporting extracts are available on a call, within what the brand's consent allows.
The takeaway
Without foundations — content, availability, pricing — advertising can't carry a relaunch on its own. The basics come first, then you accelerate.
