01

The situation

Trust is a PC and gaming accessories brand inside a group doing €200M a year. Across Europe's five biggest markets, one country stood out for the wrong reason. It finished last, year after year, at €1.5M in revenue, in a market that should have sat in the top three.

02

The diagnosis

The account was run centrally, with no operator dedicated to that market. No fine-grained read of local specifics, no prioritisation, and decisions taken remotely on an account that needed daily attention.

The mandate that followed was full ownership for three years: reporting, promotions, pricing, catalogue, advertising.

03

The levers we pulled

  • ReportingA weekly read of the account, to decide which lever to pull next instead of reviewing the quarter after the fact.
  • PromotionsThe promotional plan rebuilt from scratch and refocused on high-potential products, rather than spread thin across the catalogue.
  • Amazon BusinessSharper selection and pricing on the B2B side of the account.
  • AvailabilityStockouts cut down through Born to Run activation.
  • CatalogueA full audit of product pages, variations and reviews, and of everything else holding back conversion.
  • AdvertisingCampaigns and budgets reviewed category by category.
04

The results

  • +175%Revenue from €1.5M to €4.1M over three years.
  • 1stFastest-growing of Europe's five biggest markets over the period.
  • Top 10Fastest-growing brand in its category on Amazon France, entering the category's top 10 brands.
  • #1Several products ranked first in their category.

What we can show

Ranking screenshots and reporting extracts are available on a call, within what the brand's consent allows. We don't publish raw exports on this site.

The takeaway

Reading an account market by market is usually what's missing when a brand is steered from a European head office. That reading is what showed which levers were worth pulling.

We can run the same read on your account.
